My name is Karen Yan, a Los Angeles based fashion and costume concept illustrator with a fashion design background in Womenswear from Parsons Paris, and Menswear (BA Hons) from Central St. Martins College of Art and Design in London.

Having lived in Hong Kong, Paris, London, New York, and now Los Angeles, I carry the pulse of these vibrant cities in me. My fascination in capturing the moment is a major driving force behind the inspiration of my work. From fashion to movie/ TV costumes, fabulous guests, and any illustration ideas, my goal is to bring my passion and creativity to each and every project I work on. ​​​
